I will eventually be adding links to my blogroll, but I wasn’t going to start until I had a chance to really explore every corner of the Internet and identify what I believed to be the very best blogs or websites, and sort out all the crap I so often find out there. However, a few days ago I stumbled across young.broke.green, a blog written by a good friend of mine, Dale. Currently living in San Francisco surveying birds and restoring streams for an environmental consulting firm, Dale has an undergraduate degree from Princeton, studied Tropical Ecology at James Cook University, has a masters in Environmental Management, and has become quite the environmentalist. She’s incredibly intelligent, multi-talented, driven, and highly entertaining, both in and out of the “blogosphere”, a great person to have on our side, and her blog is informative and fun. Definitely take a look.

P.S. – I believe she’s also looking to pursue a career in environmental journalism, so if any of my thousands of readers (OK, hundreds… OK, tens… OK, mom) have any connections or advice, let her know.
